      + Pay is competitive or better and benefits are good + Headquarters in Davidson, NC is a great location + Senior leadership is reasonable and approachable

      Cons

      - Long working hours are prevalent throughout most of company - No time "truly" off, can be contacted during holidays, vacation, etc. - Very little work/life balance

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
