      Proposed many learning opportunities and the tools to archive them.

      Cons

      Management did not give credit when due. Favorites we played among teams "Hazing" and unethical business was being conducted with company and share holders funds.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
