      Wonderful co-workers and fantastic customers. Great work locations.

      Cons

      District Management relies on personal friendships and word of mouth from other employees rather than exploring for true facts. If someone does not like a co-worker and they have the managements ear, that employee is gone.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
