      Pros

      Good benefits. Appear to be employee oriented. State of the art.

      Cons

      At local level IR doesn't care what or who the plant managers are or what quality they ship. As long as it can be invoiced "let it go". It's a shame.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
