Pros
The people and resources at the plant level are amazing. There is a good strategy for change including employee engagement and standard work. Senior leadership is also great. They are true drivers of change and models of excellence.
Cons
While the people at the plant level are great, the corporate atmosphere is less than. The politics diminish the positive atmosphere and engagement. Turnover is high and as a result, the level of managers below the senior leadership team act in a very cut-throat and self-promoting way. It is not a very encouraging place to work. There is no genuine integrity or authenticity in the mid-level managers. Everyone is just looking out for themselves with no thought to team development.
