Pros
Wide business coverage creates steady revenue. Notorious brands are the company's best assets. Opportunity to work in an international environment. Good pay rate versus peer companies. The company is sure going somewhere... but where?
Cons
Top down culture. Few gurus dictate the way to go. Process capability is not a common concept. Poor change management. A couple of notoriously dysfunctional functions, whch do not seem to move in the right direction, spreading cynism and hypocrisy. Company assessment will depend a lot on your functional and geographical area. Corporate functions and emerging Countries are the right place to be. Just browse other reviews and judge by yourself.
