Pros
Good Benefits, flexible hours and growth potential within the organization made Ingersoll Rand a solid employer. Leadership was consistent and effective and direct manager was excellent.
Cons
Business Units were siloed at times making cross-unit collaboration difficult. Individual efforts and creativity were sometimes lost due to the size on the company.
