      Great benefits and compensation. This program is highly esteemed within the company and you're given a lot of responsibility!

      Cons

      Not a great work life balance. Most of the locations (of which your preference is not taken into account) are in the middle of no where and your only choice is to make friends with the other ADPs at the location.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
