Very well known company in its sector. Heritage of old good products that leverages the bad reputation of new ones.
Cons
Starting from top to down, no-one is looking for competence when there is a position to hire. For regional management who butters up, gets the promotion like UK's GM. Do not expect respect from global management team. In regionally HR responsible team, there was a lady making discrimination. Instead of giving penalties, they only changed her region. The new one never was interested in local organization. Regional Director has no EQ, never listened to anybody in his team. And if you raise this, you will most probably be fired.
