      Great coworkers and a ton of experience.

      Cons

      Management is lacking tremendously in skill set to lead. Working 80 hrs week repeatedly should not be allowed to become the normal as long as the job is getting done.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
