Pros
Trane is one of the best employers I have ever worked for. We actually live by the values that we share and that starts at the very top of the organization and flows down to the whole team. Pay is very competitive and benefits are in line with other companies of this size. Trane highly prioritizes putting systems and information in place to help you in your job.
Cons
Like many large organizations, there are processes upon processes for everything which can be nice as you have a great template to work from but also prevents you from being as fast and flexible as you would like at times.
