      Adheres to 135 regs unlike most others 135 companies.

      Cons

      Once again, the aviation department is attempting to raise pilot pay. However, rumors are already floating that the CEO will get his $2million compensation increase next year, while the pilots will remain at a tier 3 pay. Pilots continue to leave for better pay, yet CEO, Wahleed could care less.
