Great product, truly changing the face of solid organ transplantation, rewarding clinical trial results, FDA approved products. dedicated and passionate core team, knowledgeable and very responsive. great place to work for someone passionate about people and the outcome of the work that they are invested in. competitive pay and benefits package.
Cons
like any medical company working in class 1 space, transmedics faced many challenges, some of them were relatively easy to overcome, others were more difficult. communication between departments can use some improvement.
