Pros

Product is great. Work is good except for toxic company culture. There's a Starbucks in the building and a cafeteria.

Cons

Management from the top down are the worst I've experienced. There's no growth or professionalism. When the CEO disapproves or is on edge everyone knows it. There is a high turn over rate because the company doesn't spend the time to invest in building the company culture. Management is very secretive and does not address the whole team to go over concerns. They do not care about the work environment toxic culture. Management does not want to hear input from employees. New ideas and suggestions for improvement are not welcomed. Employees are constantly micromanaged and not trusted to have any competency. There is no room for growth to develop or advance career positions. There are many problems that could be solved but management likes to turn a blind eye to any new idea. The company is very disorganized. They do not believe in LEAN which is hard to think about for a medical company. Coworker's who have longer tenure seem to abuse their seniority rank to bully new comers who come in with new ideas and skilled experiences. Don't come work here if you want to grow and expect to be taken seriously. The organization with no organization.

Pros

Some passionate people who work hard You can make a big impact because the company is small but you will need to set boundaries hard and fast.

Cons

-Pay lags behind industry -Relocation details arent clear -HR stymie's career growth -Chaotic organization with conflicting goals and timelines -Many burnt out folks -Some in senior leadership dont listen to those below them. There is significant burn out in manufacturing due to unending overtime and continuous weekend overtime, with no end in sight. -looking back if i could talk to myself before starting here I would talk myself out of it.
