Not unlike many other small company, it's a place for people comfortable with blurred roles and responsibilities, competing priorities and fast pace. It pays back with rewarding positive impact to patient, freedom to make decisions and execute and opportunity to grow.
Cons
1, Un attractive PTO if you had tenure before, no 401k match and unclear longterm incentive plan. 2, Still need to prove revenue track record and stock market success
