Pros

Visionary company destined to lead the field of solid organ transplantation. Made up of determined individuals and team members who have worked passionately to build the company from the ground up an obtain FDA approval. Many opportunities to succeed and grow with the company. Good work environment. Positive career trajectory. Great compensation and benefits package. Coworkers from all departments have a sense of accountability for their work. Great opportunities to collaborate throughout the company. Good work atmosphere. Many kind and interesting coworkers making up a diverse group. Clinical managers are a wealth of information and great teachers that help facilitate understanding of the product. Company has been steadily growing for years.

Cons

Communication between departments can be lacking at times. Need to individually make the effort at times to make connections. Still a relatively young and smaller company but overall working with them has been a great experience. The attitude you bring to the company will make the difference of your personal experience and fulfillment.

Cons

-Pay lags behind industry -Relocation details arent clear -HR stymie's career growth -Chaotic organization with conflicting goals and timelines -Many burnt out folks -Some in senior leadership dont listen to those below them. There is significant burn out in manufacturing due to unending overtime and continuous weekend overtime, with no end in sight. -looking back if i could talk to myself before starting here I would talk myself out of it.
