Pros
Good life/work balance. Management is trying to make it a better place to work. Some very good people work there, friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons
Politics can be high there sometimes. Some high level management seem to be there due to who they know (although some of that was let go). Some processes don't make sense, needs to eliminate some systems and try to get everything to follow the same rules.
