      Getting rid of people in Leeds and hiring people abroad for cheaper price - saying they cant find developers in Leeds....

      - Flexible work environment (hybrid model, in office twice a week) - Flexible time off you can actually use - Good insurance and benefits

      Cons

      - They do not offer large salary increases for promotions (expect less than 10%) - Salary is not as competitive as other competitors
