Everyone on my team was so encouraging, patient and always willing to help. As an intern, you're able to get exposed to any project or department you find interesting. My manager met with me every week to touch base and make sure I was given opportunities and chances to get hands on experience with anything I was intrigued with. TransUnion is very candid with feedback, so you know what you need to work on and what you're doing well at. There is so much room for career growth at TransUnion, whether that's changing departments or positions-everyone is encouraging.
