Pros

Great Company Ethos, Great Benefits, Flexible Work Arrangement and Good Management, Friendly and congenial work environment, understanding, flexible time off (no limited # of days, only subject to manager approval), upto 4% 401K, good medical, great equipment to wfh, WFH, decent salary, flexibility to switch roles within company if opportunity limited in current role, stable and profitable, doesn't hire easily so doesn't fire either, kept employees on even during pandemic

Cons

politics to avoid sharing blame, better for older workers because of slow pace, less excitement and a lot of compliance, very politically correct, CEO and SVP suite is transparent but everything below that up to the non-management employee is hidden behind privilege. less flexibility to progress within roles

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This year has been really challenging for all of us and it's reassuring to hear that despite the obstacles that 2020 has presented, you're feeling positive about your experience here. Work is only one element of our lives and it's my sincere hope that our people have taken and continue to take time away from their work to spend time with family and friends, and do the things they enjoy. That's what matters most! I am curious to hear more about your cons and where the breakdown in communication and transparency might be happening - if you wouldn't mind reaching out to share a bit more detail, I welcome it. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
