Pros

Very progressive and inclusive company, or making strides to ensure they are. Decent benefits including stock options and 401K matching. Salary depends on location. Extra surprise days off to get your mental health back in shape.

Cons

Local management will find reasons to terminate you if you are not "liked." And while the company boasts amazing quarterly profits, employee raises are slighted. Always wondered where the extra money goes (my guess local management bonuses) The inclusion agenda seems to only be a priority for the corporate location. Ever changing environment, however unable to fix systems/databases needed to perform daily tasks. And most importantly the customer service aspect of the business seems to have been replaced with chasing profits and if you work on a non-profit driven team, job security is not great.
