      Pros

      Not worth joining. Please save yourselves, HR is a puppet, and so is Senior leadership, full of bloated egos. I've experienced it firsthand. If you want to learn good politics, please join.

      It's the worst company to work for..if you want to learn politics, please join. Senior leadership is the worst, if you provide good ideas or insight, they feel threatened, and corner you. There is a gang system, If you are part of the gang you get perks, else you'll be thrown out.

      - Flexible work environment (hybrid model, in office twice a week) - Flexible time off you can actually use - Good insurance and benefits

      - They do not offer large salary increases for promotions (expect less than 10%) - Salary is not as competitive as other competitors
