Pros
Always compensating people who "do the job they were hired to do". Follow the rules, be dependable, trustworthy, and friendly! Be the person that you professed to be during the interview process, and you will reap the benefits!
Cons
Holding on to people who do sub-prime work, make staffing difficult, and are not very friendly. Although it is a small amount of people who fit this description, those few make the atmosphere a little less than comfortable. None the less, TransWest tries to give everyone a chance to prove their worth.
