Management only cares about themselves, they will give you the silent treatment and when you call HR or even higher ups they will make you feel like you're heard then talk crap about you behind your back (I WITNESSED THIS). Leads are basically just random people that get thrown in that in all reality shouldn't be leads. No sense of priority or safety in play. Payroll is lousy and will cut your pay over errors with their system.
