Pros
Good dispatchers. Good pay. Good miles. Top of the line trucks. Has the transflo app, you can use. No going into truck stops for them. Good medical benefits. I team with my husband. He had to go out for emergency surgery with in 4 months of being hired. Transco Lines made sure I was able to work solo while he was healing. I worked my butt off during that time. Now it's my turn with surgery and Transco has made sure that we are doing good. Dispatchers- the don't constantly nag you on why your stopped or why are you taking that route, as long as you get to customers safely and on time. Very good to veterans. They support our veterans.
Cons
Sometimes breakdown can be a problem but they have gotten a lot better at getting things done. Sometimes your pay can get messed up a little but it is ALWAYS corrected before next pay period(which is every week).
