Pros

Great people and supervisors, large virtual classroom network for help and support. Well maintained information on how to handle each particular call and tech support.

Cons

Out of date telephone, triage and network operating systems contributes to SLOW handle times and upset customers. No foreseeable update in the works and it negatively affects QA results and customer satisfaction.

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

Working from home and not having to sit in Atlanta traffic

Cons

This place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is nothing more than a bunch of hens who are always arguing with each other and have more drama than a soap opera. The company does not care about their employees, they put in a front but all they care about is billable hours to Apple.
