Pros

Very nice coworkers ....Patient managers and you CAN speak to the VP of everything if you have an issue .... decent pay..This is a telecommuting position .

Cons

Terrible training.... You go live on the phones without proper education of the products and services being provided .High stress...bad schedules ...

Working from home and not having to sit in Atlanta traffic

Cons

This place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is nothing more than a bunch of hens who are always arguing with each other and have more drama than a soap opera. The company does not care about their employees, they put in a front but all they care about is billable hours to Apple.
