      Pros

      I was excited to be a part of the Transcom Team in which I quickly worked my way up from ios Tier 1 to MacOS Tier 1 and mentored trainees as they took their first calls. I was promoted to Senior Technical Support Advsior for iOS, ipadOS, watchOS & airpods within 2 years. The training is in depth and always available for improvement. The team collaboration that drives the support for Apple products is outstanding and definitely makes this company one of the top places to work for!

      Cons

      There are performance metrics that are required and if you don't meet your goal, it leads to progressive discipline. DSATs can negatively impact these metrics even when the surveys are not disappointed with the advisor's service. I was wrongfully terminated, without ever giving any progressive discipline, not to mention Apple never provided Case numbers or proof of the alleged wrongdoing. Despite working for Transcom for 2 years & 9 months, Transcom let me go in order to keep Apple as a client (very unprofessional in my opinion).

      great leadership and coaching opportunities. move up quickly.

      Cons

      had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.
