Pros
You're able to work from home.
Cons
The biggest "con" is you DO NOT have the ability to create and maintain a consistent work schedule that aligns with your needs. Every 3-4 months there is a shift bid. Many times, you will not get the shift you want or need to fit you and your family's life, and they will not grant exceptions until the next bid cycle. You will most definitely work all holidays unless your day off just so happens to be on that day the holiday falls on. I've missed Christmas with my family for the last 4 1/2yrs. The company's largest client is Apple (which is very strict regarding customer interactions) and Apple's customers are extremely entitled people. The company has an extremely high turnover rate as well, this includes high level management vacating their positions. The last Vice President of the company left after about 6-8 months into his position. When that level of management quits their position, that's a sign the company isn't doing well.
