Hands-on training provided for the oversized loads. Great benefits, very focused on employee health.

Cons

Pay is good but industry is changing so it needs to be reassessed to keep up with other companies and get the good employees.

- Flexibility with schedule - Managers are fair for the most part - The company is trying to identify positive ways for continued growth

Cons

- Drivers are set up for failure in some cases - Training program could be much better - The company needs to develop a timeline so drivers and understand their pipeline and how it is applied to them
