Pros
The company culture was supportive and placed a high value on every single one of its employees.
Cons
It would've been nice to see my former office promote any of the eficcecieny-creating real estate technologies to producers of the firm. Surely this would've created a more efficient office, as well as competitive advantages in a growing market.
