Pros
Compensation though lower than the competition is acceptable, little to no raises unless you consider 1% a raise. Benefits, with exception of LTD, are very good.
Cons
Company has little to no respect for those with disabilities. Their accommodation folks drop the ball and have little compassion or patience. After 30+ years with the company, I was forced to retire early. Now I must begin a new job search. I did not see my future going this way and thought my employer valued me. I was wrong. The company was a better place when it was St. Paul Companies.
