I personally observed numerous occasions where "friends" are pulled into the company and placed into positions they are not qualified to hold. TOO much process. They add more and more process - It takes 3 weeks to get one line of code into a system for testing. If you enjoy programming, do not come here. There is a reason they pay multi-million dollar contracts to software vendors. We can't get the work done, leads to apathy and boredom. Small to mid size projects last YEARS. "You are lucky to have a job" message is constant.
