Cons
Pay and bonuses are nowhere close to market even on hugely profitable years. Constantly need to react to market wages and always will behind the curve instead of setting the curve. Bonus calculation has no objective or transparent framework. Favoritism, brown nosing, and generic traits (i.e. age, tenure) means more than objective performance. Nonetheless a "good" bonus here isn't close to market. MGMT constantly asks for feedback and tries to get the pulse of the room then does the complete opposite. These open forums backfire on them and they still don't listen. 401k match & educational support for further professional education is...underwhelming. Logjam at almost every level prevents most under 40 from having any real opportunities in the near-medium term.
