Always working even when you're "off" More, more, more work for less money, declining benefit coverage that somehow costs more each year and brutal work/life "balance" Good ol' boys club gets the promos. PTO usage/approval depends on whether your coworker is off that time Endless compliance nonsense. Anxiety-ridden existence
