Pros
*Pay *Benefits *Employee food trucks with two options *Onsite gym *Clean office space and modern *Has lots of employee events with nice giveaways *Hybrid work
Cons
*Not allow the chance to complete training before being bombarded with insurance claims. *My first month working for the company, they gave me 100+ claims and were still sending them when I was in training. *Constantly get write-ups by the manager for not completing claims but get no type of support. *Not allowed enough time to complete the job because you're in 5-6 meetings a day, besides Fridays (only 2). *Your assigned manager controls your hybrid schedule ( the number of days they want you in the office) *Not organized or a healthy work environment *They are not a good reference if you are a former employee *Has a high turnover rate, most people leave within a month or less
