1. We have some of the coolest lower level co-workers here. Everyone is extremely hardworking and easy to get along with. 2. The clothing discounts are great. 3. Cool looking office space 4. Easy commute
Cons
1. Management at TravisMathew has got to be one of the worst management I've ever experienced at a company. They are constantly micro-managing and interrupting your workflow every single day. Some managers are very immature and act extremely antsy. 2. Expect to have last minute changes to your project on a daily basis. 3. There is no clear communication between the leadership chain. 4. For a large company, we do not have any plastic utensils in the kitchen (which is a joke). 5. Expect a cockroach infestation during the summer because they won't hire any exterminators. 6. Some office space doesn't have any working ventilation, so expect to sweat a lot while working.
