      The culture of this company is special in the sense that the values and expectations are consistent from the top to the bottom of the org chart. No one is off limits and the environment is very collaborative. It’s a place I can honestly say I’m excited to get to every morning. With an entrepreneurial, genuine, work smarter not harder mindset. The sky’s the limit at TravisMathew. You can truly make your own way here.

      Cons are only going to apply to those who are not motivated. Looking for growth opportunities/career advancement? You will thrive! Just looking for a mundane job where you will get by with the bare minimum? it will likely be a struggle due to the pace at which the business is moving forward.

      Pros

      The company has gone through transitioning from a smaller business to a larger business, focused on people, quality of work/life and navigated through new strategy well which makes me optimistic about the future. Communication is really strong, as strong as i have seen it with a focus on transparency. Also hybrid work environment is a big perk.

      Smaller pay increases, lower budgets focused on bottom line profits may limit growth

      You get free clothing allotment

      Cons

      Corporate leadership took away the budget for team building and small snacks. During peak times they have contest to win snacks instead of just doing nice things for the stores. They play favorites instead of rewarding results.
