Culture is huge at TM ! This means that the interviews are long and thorough. We are a high end brand in a casual environment. We are having a party and everyone is welcome! This also means we work our butts off! Its not all fun and games you really need to be ahead of the game when it comes to your inventory / clients / employees and visuals. We are very innovative and always looking for new ideas and ways to grow the business. Its your business and you're in charge of where it goes and where your team goes / grows
Cons
Its a male dominated brand but that's not a bad thing. Also being a still newer brand you need to be very adaptable to the ever changing business but again this is a positive as they look for opportunities and places for improvement in the business.
