Cons
I worked at this company for a little over three years and it was pretty hard. Since day one, I tried to open up to people and make friends with little success. People of Color are either overlooked or avoided like the plague. No one smiles or wants to get to know you unless you "Fit the culture." The company decided to be performative and started a "Diversity and Inclusion Council" consisting of the handful of P.O.C. in the building. I highly doubt its employees are willing to really look at themselves and reflect on their lack of exposure to culture outside of Southern Orange County. I would not recommend working here despite the company's half hearted efforts towards becoming inclusive.
