Pros

TravisMathew is a fast paced work environment that thrives off of X-Functional collaboration and communication. Being a part of a growing brand with the primary focus of creating top quality product requires dedication and a strong work ethic but the pay off is worth it. TM will invest in those willing to invest in themselves and accountability is a big part of that. The employees are creative and the office is very inclusive across departments. The leadership team (especially Ryan Ellis, the CEO) is extremely passionate and hard working. It speaks volumes to see how committed the execs and leaders are in a company and how hard they work to ensure their vision is clearly communicated and individual contributors feedback is incorporated into that. Visibility and accessibility to leadership is also something that you don't see everyday and TM excels in the approachability of its leaders. There is a reason so many people are loyal and have been with the company for years. Great place to work and truly have a career. The "Boys Club" perception is a myth, women are just as likely to grow and be in positions of leadership at TM, quite a few departments are primarily women!

Cons

Work life balance can be a struggle for those involved in the more creative and fast paced areas of the business - but you put in what you get out, no one asks you to sacrifice but the ability to be rewarded for your efforts is awesome. Professional training is also an opportunity that would be well received.

Pros

The company has gone through transitioning from a smaller business to a larger business, focused on people, quality of work/life and navigated through new strategy well which makes me optimistic about the future. Communication is really strong, as strong as i have seen it with a focus on transparency. Also hybrid work environment is a big perk.

Cons

Smaller pay increases, lower budgets focused on bottom line profits may limit growth

Pros

You get free clothing allotment

Cons

Corporate leadership took away the budget for team building and small snacks. During peak times they have contest to win snacks instead of just doing nice things for the stores. They play favorites instead of rewarding results.
