TravisMathew has been a refreshing place to work where the leadership team focuses on developing talent and pushing people to grow in their careers. Creating an inclusive and respectful workplace has also been at the center of TravisMathew's culture which has enabled people to feel free to speak up and feel like their opinion is important. With any growing company, the work is challenging but there is a true feeling of opportunity and the reward is there is you're willing to work for it.
Cons
A lot of moving pieces i.e. new processes, new people, and new systems can be a challenge to keep up. It may seem like you are getting pulled in multiple directions, so constant prioritization and reprioritization are key to success.
