      Pros

      Free coffee creamer. Close to Grand Rapids.

      Cons

      No team, no support. You will be expected to work with multiple overlap with no line of sight of what your actual job title entails. Little to no appreciation. Hopefully UKInvestIndustrial can turn this company around, never worked in such a haphazard managed company as I did at the Wayland location. The Big name CPGs are light years ahead in the Food & Beverage Industry.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
