      Pros

      Lots of overtime, Wages $17-23 hour, Benefits start within month, Flexibility to move positions. 5 different shifts.

      Cons

      Only con for me is the 1 hour drive, Wages are capped and no Union to control preset wage increases (people with a year experience, make same top wage as people with 20 yrs)

      People we work with, free cookies and wafles.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
