      Pros

      Plenty of ways to spend time here because of availability of OT.

      Cons

      Lack of individualism in the system. Too much need for "someone else's job" to lead them. Lack of individual accountability for the task at hand. A deep need for an overarching philosophical view of the final company goal to be taught to each the line workers.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
