      Pros

      Schedule is great. Work is very easy. Very consistent work. Usually overtime available for those who are interested but rarely mandatory in my experience

      Cons

      Advancement is only dependent on how long you have been there and not performance. Supervisors are usually in meeting or in there office not on the floor very often. It is perfectly normal to see them only once or twice all day for a total of less than 5 minutes.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
