      Pros

      None this place has been run into the ground by people who have no idea what they are doing. They buy ConAgra and start shutting plants down because their inept knowledge of the business.

      Cons

      They are totally lost, they close a plant and send product to other plants that can't run said product. They don't care about their workers at all.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
