      Pay is the only Pro

      Cons

      They treat you like dirt They wont hire enough people so you do forced OT ALL the time. And dont get hurt on the job. They will Make your life miserable. You are just a number there for sure. They have taken great employees and turned them into dont care employees.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
