      Great pay, benefits and vacation time

      Cons

      Pro mismanagement all over. Having to 6 days a week due to bad scheduling and purchasing. Also management does not like to listen to suggestions unless you are "in" with the crowd.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
