      Pros

      Its chill when the line is running good but if its not then , it will start to act up on its own, good schedule , balance work/life

      Cons

      Untrained employees, bad management, nobody is on the same page , every shift is basically on their own , dont help eachother out with a game plan . Really need to step it up

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
